We have a ‘buy local’ policy which means that we always look to local suppliers in the Weald of Kent and local area before extending our search further. Supporting local organisations is something close to our hearts.

We love to use a variety of produce grown and reared on the surrounding farms to produce high quality, this was a founding principle when we established the farm shop and remains at the core of what we do. Our stockiest come from all over the UK & it is important to us that we have a good relationship with them, knowing their story & where their produce comes from.

Much of the food in the shop boasts ultra low food miles and this is down to not only our buy local policy but also because we sit at the heart of the farmland which supplies us. Taywell was one of the first artisan farmshops around and continues to supply to best produce it can!

Here you can buy fresh organic food from the farm, store cupboard supplies, ice cream, fruit & vegetables, fair traded food all under one roof.
Have a coffee or herb tea, and maybe some lunch in the cafe, browse the shop, pick a pumpkin (when in season), discover the local area, or just dash in and out to shop, much quicker to get round than the supermarkets!
